Eddie Kanani also writes, arranges, produces and remixes for other artists. His first major-label production work started in his dorm room before graduating from music school under the supervision of executive producer Dez Dickerson, VP of A&R and the original guitarist / founding member of Prince’s band the Revolution.
Eddie has produced, written and arranged in the studio with Denise Matthews (formerly known as Vanity), ABIAH, Dawkins & Dawkins, Godfather of CHH Michael Peace, Edwin Hawkins soloist Di’ta Monique, and dozens of other Gospel & Christian Hip-Hop artists.
His remixes have incorporated a wide range of styles including R&B, Hip-Hop, Funk, EDM, Trap, Dubstep, Neo-Soul, Jazz, Latin, Classical and World Music.
As a producer, Eddie has a gift for bringing out the artist’s vision with his wide-ranging musical creativity and technical expertise to achieve a finished product that shines.
